Looks like I'm back. After God knows how long. I think it's got something to do with this whole "turning a new leaf" thing that I've been working on. I mean, to put it simply, last year nearly turned disastrous when I lost focus on the things that were most important to me. (Family, school, my art/writing, my friends for example.) That's what you get when you let vices rule your life I guess.

Technically, in [that] aspect, I've been sober for nearly 6 or 7 months now. Not that indulging in the greener parts of life is something you should be ashamed of. Of course it isn't. It's just something that didn't fit into my plan. I couldn't control it, therefore, I had to step away from it.

With family and school back on track (and things with friends going smoother and definitely on a more mature level), I decided that it'd be time to give this whole 'art' thing another try. I think that I'll show up to school tomorrow in a very hippie inspired outfit. It should be...interesting, to say the least. [Cue: Laughter].
